Felis 742 Alt setting bypass 0 and becomes 99999 #10

I really love this one, and latest beta makes dial speed working really smooth for me. Thanks so much.

Just one thing from recent test, for Felis 747-200, alt setting can decrease to 0 then pass it, make it 99999

try the newest release (1.0.2) and see if prob is gone
