xx network mainnet

This release contains small changes to the sleeve repo, that don't affect the functionality of the Sleeve wallet generation CLI.

It also adds sleevage, a more advanced CLI wallet generation tool.

This release contains the Sleeve wallet generation CLI for xx network mainnet, using 55 as the networkID for SS58 addresses.

All mainnet addresses start with a 6.
