I think that such a plugin should have a more suitable place than a separate Tool Window. So we need to think about where to move the whole UI, so that it would be convenient and harmonious.

At the moment I like the idea of placing it somewhere in the Commit tab. Ideally, a separate group in the "Show commit options" panel.
