Before creating

  • This is NOT a gameplay feature from Civ VI, BNW, or outside - see Roadmap
  • This is NOT a gameplay feature from Vanilla Civ V or from G&K - If so, it should be a comment in Missing features from Civ V - G&K #4697

Problem Description

I hope to add a tiered Unhappiness modifier to my mod, such as:

        "[-15]% growth [in all cities] <for every [-1] [Happiness]> <when below [0] Happiness>",
        "[-10]% [Production] <for every [-1] [Happiness]> <when below [0] Happiness>",
        "[-3]% Strength <for [All] units> <for every [-1] [Happiness]> <when below [0] Happiness>",

However, this is not taking effect.

This is definitely a #3242 request, and not one I'm happy about. This means every time happiness changes, we now need to recompute bloody everything. I'm vetoing this

I'm sure you can hack this (custom resource, global uniques for resource when happiness == / lower than), but I'm not making this a properly supported unique
