Story
GeneratePDFJobs take a lot of work and a long time to run. For example, after pressing the "Update IIIF Manifest" button in UAT for the BRBL repository on Friday afternoon (73,056 parent objects), as of Monday afternoon, there were still over 15,000 jobs in the queue. This can delay other jobs from completing, especially any other GeneratePDFJobs for new objects created after an admin set update was triggered, etc.

We would like to investigate the possibility of sending the GeneratePDFJobs to another service.
