Summary

In a recent deploy that failed smoke tests the process deployed the current version rather than the previous version as intended.

reports that it is deploying v2.73.9 but image in AWS is v2.73.8

Currently investigating an invalid character error with creating the task. Returning Test back to functional while researching.
