If we implement the https://git.yale.edu/LUX/metadata-schema/issues/73, can http://vocab.getty.edu/aat/300435443 (object/work type) be used for types and http://vocab.getty.edu/aat/300226816 (form attributes) be used for formats? The definition of http://vocab.getty.edu/aat/300435443 cites "painting, book, cathedral" as examples, and the first two are filed under formats in the proposed scheme--so not sure whether the concepts align.
