Tasmota: Upload failed: Not enough space

Hello I have the following issue:

• device: shelly2.5
• installed firmware: tasmota 11.1.0

When trying to upload this minimal firmware i get the error:

Upload Failed

Not enough space

Any Idea how to fix that?

If you update to the latest Tasmota minimal firmware first, the return to stock works afterwards.
You find the latest release here.
https://ota.tasmota.com/tasmota/release/

I had to download the tasmota-minimal.bin.gz file unpack it and upload the .bin file to succeed.

In my case I had success uploading directly the "tasmota-minimal.bin.gz", otherwise the "Not enough space" error would also appear.
