Describe the user story

The stated corepack enable command to install yarn fails to work in some Windows environments.

Describe the solution you'd like

Some corporate environments trigger PowerShell authorization errors during corepack enable.

Please clarify which privileges are required for Windows users to complete the corepack enable step. For example, a single sentence noting that a shell with administrative privileges / sudo may be required in Windows.
