Plugin does not take into account URL hashes #2

Hi,

I really like the plugin. It's very useful. But there is one bug.
When you have a URL that contains a hash like http://www.somesite.com/some/page#foo, the plugin will add the request param at the end. It should however add it before the hash: http://www.somesite.com/some/page?cacheBusterTimestamp=14747387308470#foo
