Scope

I’ve been a full-time contributor to Yearn since November 2021 focusing on partner and ecosystem integrations using Yearn Vaults and operations for yAudit.

11/2023 through 1/2024 Goals Status:

V3:

• Launch underway, ~$2 million TVL so far
• Polygon hackathon and bounties program up and running
  • 8 teams participated in hackathon

yETH:

• Monthly Twitter spaces started
• 7 LST's in the basket now, have not had an epoch without an inclusion vote
• Engaged with service providers to ensure yETH meets collateral prerequisites

Ecosystems:

• Base/Optimism ~$23 million TVL
  • LP oracle is up
  • VMEX integration done
• Polygon rewards just started recently, ~$2 million TVL

yAudit:

• $888,837.30 for 2023, $63,161.55 to Yearn
• 12 new logos

Plan

V3:

• Continue to prioritize partner support for V3
• Funnel external strategy requests through Val's board
• Work with Schlag to revive partner program
• Make another push for Polygon bounties program

yETH:

• Proposals for yETH as collateral
• Continue monthly twitter spaces and engaging partners and service providers

Ecosystems:

• Continue to engage with ecosystems interested in bringing Yearn Vaults to their users
• Continue to form and execute incentive programs to bootstrap TVL
• 2024 Goal: 3 new ecosystem programs

yAudit:

• 2024 Goals - $2 million, 10 new logos
• $88k YTD (January 2024)
