Scope

Provide 24/7 support and community management on discord/telegram/reddit

Plan

The team will continue to provide effective and efficient support. Every message supports the Yearn brand and we take that responsibility seriously. Hundreds of users are helped each month, a significant portion of these within 15 minutes. Maintaining a 24/7 presence with moderators across timezones ensures this can long continue.

The new ticket system, whereby users can open a ticket and speak privately with a Yearn admin, has been operating since the beginning of April. We believe this addition can continue to reduce the risks of scams on our discord over the forthcoming quarter.

As a team we want to do more to help users understand the different products by sparking more discussions, particularly around @YearnFi twitter content. We have the option to @ everyone, giving a Discord notification to 18k people, so want to use this at the right moments too.
