ROP stock causing bottleneck in order

This might be just me, but status accepted is being seen instead of filled during market hours - causing other orders to be congested - might be alpaca issue but can try to debug in my end - also update mongo should be synchrnous to order so that it makes sure order goes through before logging it in db
