planery.curl for copilot providers

Hi
I received an email from Github Copilot Support about abuse usage of Github Copilot. They mentioned that usage of curl is not allowed:
"We have detected usage of curl to programmatically generate copilot tokens which is against our Terms of Service."
Apparently, avante.nvim uses planery.curl to fetch responses. Is it possible to do something to not trigger their abuse usage system? Maybe using different way to fetch responses? Perhaps whatever copilot.vim is doing.
