How to use use_memo with reference to data inside of props?

This simple example does not work for me (playground link):

The error is

use_memo has to store the previous render's value to compare against, thus it has to live as long as component does, and & to a prop does not fit this description. Consider props.data.clone() or Rc<Vec<u8>> (or Rc<[u8]> which is a thing called IArray in ImplicitClone + some optimizations)
