This is a Next.js that can create custom markers on a map by selecting an excel file containing the following information:

  • Address
  • Label
  • Colour(in hex)

Sample: Sample Image Sample Excel File

Getting Started

Create an .env.local with the following info:

GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY="your google api key"
NEXT_PUBLIC_MAP_ID="your google map id"
NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY="your google api key"

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.
