本地idea环境接口正常，打包部署到tomcat下，http接口返回的加密数据，经过前端js解密（与项目中的index.html代码一致）出现中文乱码的现象。
此接口去掉@Encrypt注解是正常的，如下图：

依赖版本：最新版 1.2.2.RELEASE
项目：Spring Boot 2.0.5.RELEASE
Tomcat：8.5.24
