When a technician opens the ticket, another technician resolves the ticket, and the solution approval is sent to the requesting technician, upon approving the solution, the plugin assigns this 'requesting technician' as the 'ticket technician.'

This happens when the option 'Technician assignment when adding follow-up' is set to 'Yes

Is the option "Add the logged technician when solve ticket" activated?
Which version of the plugin please?

The option "Add the logged technician when solving ticket" is set to NO.
The plugin version is the latest, 2.7.3.
