Bug: Traypublisher Explicit Colorspace workflow fails

Current Behavior:

Once explicit colorspace enumerator (Override Colorspace) is set. Publishing is not finished successfully.

Expected Behavior:

Enumerator should be resolved correctly to the particular colorspace name and not our internal tagged colorspace name.

What platform you are running OpenPype on?

Windows

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Set project to colorspace managed and set ocio config to access 1.2
2. Open Traypublisher
3. set context and product type to Render
4. add representations and reviewable too.
5. hit publish

Are there any labels you wish to add?
