Review playblast / thumbnail - Introduce 'Capture presets' and 'task type filters' for tweaking it without just using JSON

• I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Currently there is no way to customize playblast and thumbnail reviewable and filter it by task type.
We are having just JSON for editing the preset.

Its also very cumbersome to edit the JSON as there is actually no reference for user which options are available to add / change within the JSON.

here is the setting on AYON

ayon+settings://blender/publish/ExtractThumbnail

Suggested implementation?

Ideally following a maya extract review feature....with some human friendly UI for editing the capture preset and filters by task type and task name.
