Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

We need to enhance the current simple list creation action we already have in Ftrack with more robust solution to allow

collecting published reviews to a list based on criteria
status (for example Ready for Review)
task (separate list for different departments Animation, Modeling, etc.)

it can be triggered manually by production to help them organize daily review sessions

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?
