Create collector to get AYON_SG_USERNAME from AYON login for Webpublisher

• I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Shotgrid integration requires AYON_SG_USERNAME environment variable which se set for artists, but not freelancers using Webpublisher.

This causes fail during WP publish which could be workarounded by setting this AYON_SG_USERNAME env var in WP container.

Suggested implementation?

Create new collector to translate AYON login to SG login, provide field in Settings for 'default' user which will be used for freelancers without SG user name.
