Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Easily ingest and track models to verify different options that were created. Say a vendor or freelancers generates three versions of a model (e.g. the hero character) and we want to ingest those to review them and decide the next step and choose which to use.

They can each be versions of their own but it should be simple to:
upload those at once, e.g. quickly drag and drop the multiple versions to publish them
detect the version from the filenames so they are tracked to match the version of the vendor - so when a version is approved, it can easily be reported also back to the vendor without 'version conversions'?

Side note:
A described workflow that has been used before by 'previous pipelines' came up was: Major version with minor version. Version 5, with 'minor' version 1, 2, 3 to pick from.
