Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Clients artists are working with different location of Unreal project than Perforce should render from.

Add project setting for override.
Add this field to Publisher for artist override per publish.

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
