I havent added any links to it anywhere but this is everything needed to get it working.
After merging, it should be accessible at https://yomitan.wiki/yomitan-pdf-viewer which will redirect to https://yomitan.wiki/yomitan-pdf-viewer/web which is where the real pdf.js stuff is.
The update.sh script can be run any time to pull the latest pdf.js version.
