Fortunately, we have a chance to show youki at KubeCon and I can be in charge of it because I'll attend KubeCon. However, I'd be happy if anyone could help me host our project booth.
Here is the information I got from the CNCF event team.
Kiosk Inclusions: one (1) monitor, one (1) cabinet for storage, and project logo signage only. Please bring your own adapters if needed.
For your kiosk, the CNCF events team will be providing you with the following:
Kiosk with one (1) monitor, and project logo signage only
Project Requirements: Staff the booth during the entire allotted time
CNCF Event Team Assistance: The CNCF events teams will ensure that the kiosk is set-up correctly and will be available for any assistance needed.
When planning for the kiosk, please keep in mind: Complimentary passes will NOT be included with hosting a kiosk in the Project Pavilion and custom graphics are not permitted.
Staffing Your Kiosk
The kiosk must be staffed by Maintainers, Contributors, or Ambassadors of the project. As a reminder, we encourage you to share your use cases about your projects, and your organization’s involvement in the CNCF. If the project anticipates NOT being able to staff the kiosk for the full duration of the scheduled time slot, please contact us as soon as possible. If the kiosk is not staffed during the duration of the scheduled time slot, a kiosk will not be offered for future events.
The Project Pavilion is a vendor-neutral space, projects are prohibited from giving sales pitches to attendees about a product or company. If sales pitches are being conducted, CNCF reserves the right to ask the project to leave and to deny future requests for a project kiosk.
