Save user preferences in a cookie #315

As there are may different issues needing the same solution, this issue should describe the problem and summarize the feature request.

Users want to save there preferences, mostly regarding the datatables.net behavior:

Make show/hide column changes permanent #211: Make show/hide columns permanent
no way to control default pageLength? #265 : control pageLength
Output ip to web #314 : show the IP column (wich is a duplicate of Make show/hide column changes permanent #211)

In order to solve this, changes to datatables.net should be saved with a cookie, so that when loading the next page, these preferences can be loaded.

I'm not sure if this could be done on the client side only (javascript) or if an API call to an oxidized-web URL is needed to set the cookie.
