Good basis for autocluster?

Hi yulvil,
love this repo!.
Seem like a good basis for more detailed analysis - in my case from myHeritage DNA matches data.
I think I'd like to be able to highlight kit(s), and also to mark dna sequences as relating to a specific line.
Possibly something like autocluster. (myHeritage's version did not reveal the cluster I was looking for :( - so I need something I can adapt).
I'm sure we could also add links to trees - might need extra data.
