It is not possible to create Objectives, Indicators and Targets, if a Product or an Objective has not been saved before hand, respectively.

reproduce:
1.- Create a new product
2.- Before saving. Try to create an Objective or an Indicator.
Result: UI doesn't allow to create an Objective or an Indicator. It doesn't show repsective containers.
Expected Result: To be able to add an Objective or an Indicator even when the product is new and has never been saved.

Same is true for Targets when an Objective hasn't been saved.
