Does Zed's Terminal Mode Support Normal Mode (Vim-like Navigation)?

I’m exploring Zed’s terminal mode and wondering if it supports a "normal mode" similar to Vim’s modal editing. Specifically:

Can I switch to a non-insert mode for navigating and manipulating text using keyboard shortcuts (e.g., hjkl for movement)?

If not, are there plans to add this feature, or are there any workarounds to achieve Vim-like behavior in the terminal?
