Single collapsed toolbar doesn't slide out in fullscreen (on Mac)

What happened?

When the browser is in full-screen mode, the toolbar does not slide out. See the example below:

Switching to multiple toolbars while in fullscreen does fix this, even after switching back to single toolbar, but only until you then exit/reenter fullscreen.

Additionally, there is a visual bug if (while in fullscreen) you switch from collapsed -> single, and then exit full screen. The animation as the toolbar slides out will now end too early and then fade, this persists until you cycle toolbar modes.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
