Scrolling bar on vertical tab bar does not scroll

What happened?

Assume you have enough tabs open to try to have the scroll bar on the tabs panel. If you try to click and drag it up or down, it behaves as if I was dragging the entire browser window, therefore resizing it and moving it.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
