Issues with theme zen11

I want to address a few complaints with the theme zen11

• The README contains no information about the purpose and functionality of this theme
• The theme uses !important, which should be used with caution
• The theme does not have a specific purpose
• There are possible issues with the following features of this theme:

Hide Window Control Buttons on Mac

This feature is already present or supposed to be present in the Hide Window Buttons theme.

Remove double background on hover

This has been resolves with issue 303. Users should not have to rely on themes to fix bugs with Zen.

Make Web Sidebar Compact

The top icons of the Web Sidebar appear too small with this feature enabled. See the following before and after

I'm not sure where to find the settings either, just have a 'Remove Theme' option. And the 'awesome bar' settings are unclickable.

Nor can I see these settings in about:config
