✨ Manage informations about Zenika members

The first source of information is GitHub. But Zenika members sometimes use GitLab (see #15).

GitHub and/or GitLab identifiers do not generally allow to identify the person behind these identifiers. It would therefore be interesting to save the first and last name and to allow the modification of the information.

For Hacktoberfest we save these informations in a file (this one https://github.com/zenika-open-source/oss.zenika.com/blob/main/static/hacktoberfest.json).

A first step could be to move this file in this project, and use it (or copy if people want' participate to Hacktoberfest).
