Lists: Text fields in note columns sometimes don't save properly.

Description

An organiser reports this:
"When I was adding a note in a Note column in a list, i double clicked the cell to start editing the text, wrote some things, and then pressed "Enter" to save. This made the text I wrote disappear. When I double clicked the cell again to edit the text, the text was there again, but as soon as I clicked outside the cell, it was all white again."

However, I have spent some time trying to consistently reproduce this bug and I cannot find it. So, if you wanna work on this, please begin with figuring out how to reproduce it consistently.

What I did find was that when i have a large list ("all of the people in the organization" in "My organization" returns 1023 people) and throttle my connection to 3G, and go very quickly between editing, saving and then editing the same cell again I get some inconsistensies with things being "overwritten" as the response time is slow with the 3G. But I cannot for sure say that this is the source of the bug, because the description from the organiser above does not feel like it is exactly this pattern.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a list from organize/{orgId}/people
2. Add some people to the list, manually or by creating a Smart Search
3. Add a Notes column to the list, by clicking "New column" , scrollling down to "Outreach" and picking "Notes"
4. ??? Not sure exactly, see above what I tried and maybe ask @richardolsson for clues

Expected Behaviour

Consistently saves and displays the most current verison of the text whenever you click outside or press Enter

Actual Behaviour

Sometimes, becomes empty
