Activist portal/Events: Create link to specific event in the activist portal

Description

We have requests to make it easy for an organiser to create a public link to a single event in the activist portal, from the organiser interface, similar to how you can get the link to a survey.

Open questions

Creating the link is easy, but where does this link lead? We don't have a place in the activist portal where only events live, and we don't have single event pages.

There was a prototype for this built a little over a year ago but at the time we didn't have all of the infrastructure to include it. Maybe that could be used as a boilerplate to implement this now? It's in PR #1627.
