Scroll from calendar

Clicking in the CampaignForm calendar sometimes does not properly scroll to the correct date. This seems to be completely intermittent, and I cannot reproduce it right now, but it has happened several times during training sessions. Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to dev server activist portal
2. Go to settings and change language to Swedish (not sure if this is relevant)
3. Navigate back to My page via landing page
4. Click calendar date

Expected result: View should scroll all the way to the relevant action.
Actual result: View scrolls a few pixels and stops.

This may have been solved in R13. Test and verify during R14 sprint.

Tested in Safari, Chrome and Firefox on OSX. All working, except there are client/server inconsistencies causing javascript errors, already tracked in #211.
