Add Google Analytics events to track som KPIs, e.g.:

The "Show me where I'm needed" feature
Signing up to actions
Opening action information (might be made redundant by Action info through URL #213)
Sign-up clicks on open campaigns, vs fulfilled sign-ups (after logging in)

This is related to #214 and should be postponed to that same sprint (R15).
