can not save wifi config on ESP32

I use example of thi libraryto compile and run. When I configged wifi parameters done,then click save button,but nothing was happened,why?

I have the same problem, so the library compiles ok, i can upload it and the config site is reachable at 192.168.4.1, i can select wifi networks, enter the password but then the esp fails to connect in client mode. I'm using a Nina W-102 module(esp32) and that runs at 240 mhz. Can that be a problem<
