[BUG] Blame editor lines don't show up at all on remote workspaces

Describe the bug
When connecting to a remote workspace with GitToolbox installed on the host the blame on the editor lines never shwos up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to remote workspace
2. Install GitToolbox
3. Reload IDE when prompted

Expected behavior
Be able to see blame on lines in editor

Hi, this is limitation of Gateway that requires changes on Jetbrains side, they are tracking it via this ticket RDCT-400. There is even ticket for my plugin GTW-4157
