Hello, sorry for being off-topic, but as far as I remember there was a paid version of this plugin, is it now available for free? and second:
I would like more information about the player in the player’s menu, such as the player’s ping, IP address, etc., as well as enchantments for his items in the inventory or hand

Hello,

Free version only gets maintained to support new MC server versions. While Premium version regularly receive new features / updates.

Premium version can still be obtained for free by compiling it on your own: https://github.com/zigazajc007/AdminGUI-Premium

Premium version already includes option to show IP from players, but it does not include their ping and enchantments in the inventory. (Will add those 2 features to my TODO list)
