The service.externalIPs Property Is Not Taking Effect

I configured the service.externalIPs property in the values.yaml file, but when the Kubernetes template was finally generated, I noticed that it did not take effect. After reviewing the templates/service.yaml file, it seems that there was no processing of the externalIPs, leading me to believe that the handling of this parameter might have been overlooked.
