I like how the swipe left gesture works to access the memos you have with that contact/address.
I would only change the order of the buttons by placing the 💬 message button last since that is the function accessed by swiping all the way down.

@juanky201271 verifies that from the Memos history with the contact you can access the Transaction Details by tapping on a bubble, in the video he tapped several times around the bubble and nothing happens.
Global Memos List (Messages tab)
The visualization of the memos sorted in sent and received seems to me a good idea, and I also like the fact that you can copy what appears in the memo and visualize some details of the transaction.

💡Swiping the memo to the left/right might be a good shortcut for those memos that can be responded to.
If you tap on a memo from this global list you access the Transaction Details, I suggest that the first tap is to access the History of memos you have with that contact/address and then from the history when you make another tap you view the transaction details.
