Custom dataset in projecting lidar points face trouble!Any suggestions

Hello,I try to custom some dataset,But When i try to project and calculate the points in different instances.It always ruturn a dict()
Are there any suggestions?
i use the debug option in driving_dataset.py and output some ply,but it looke strange.And it was delete In the function delete_invisible_pts()

But i think Intrinsics is correct ,Because the program can train ,but it train like normal 3dgs because the rigid-gs,smpl-gs are removed,but it's strange that the deformable gs is still work
