ISRUC的EEG信号采样频率为200HZ，MASS-SS3为256HZ。观察到代码中对ISRUC数据重采样使数据长度从6000缩短成3000。
MASS-SS3数据集在提取后长度为7680，此时应该重采样成3000还是3840？若3840，模型参数是不是需要全部修改呢？
