The claim website has been like that since launch and here's something in the ZK Nation docs that goes into more details: https://docs.zknation.io/zk-token/zk-airdrop

As far as the Discord links expiring, sorry to hear that which one are you using. It should work with https://join.zksync.dev/. That rotates a new Discord link every time it's used. If you're getting a expired message you might have been blocked. What is your Discord username?
