SConscriptFiles + [
   awtk.joinPath(TK_ROOT_VAR, 'tools/common/SConscript'), 
   awtk.joinPath(TK_ROOT_VAR, 'tools/ui_gen/xml_to_ui/SConscript'),
 ]

应该修改为

 SConscriptFiles += [
    awtk.joinPath(TK_ROOT_VAR, 'tools/common/SConscript'), 
    awtk.joinPath(TK_ROOT_VAR, 'tools/ui_gen/xml_to_ui/SConscript'),
  ]
