Diagnostics to help better issue reporting

  • Added "diagnostics" command to help user gather and report Perfiz version, OS, Arch etc.
  • Printing Docker Compose Commands to help debug issues
  • Fixing issue with docker-compose env file, adding it as a parameter to docker compose command
