Describe the bug

As long as I open the drawing in an independent window, the "Local Font" option disappears.

Steps to reproduce

Any of the three ways below results in the bug I reported.

  1. Right click on the tab, then "Move to new window"
  2. Right click on the tab, then "Open in new window"
  3. Command Pallet: Create new drawing - IN AN ADJACENT WINDOW

Expected behavior

"Local Font" shouldn't disappear.
