Making qubit and rows floats #93

Currently qubit and rows are stored as integers, whilst in pyzx we often set them to floats as they are essentially the y and x coordinates of the vertices.

This is particularly useful with the pybindings, which allow us to draw quizx graphs using pyzx.draw.
